Vice President
Michael Smith is the President and Owner of Oasis Claim Management Solutions. Before devoting his full-time efforts to OCMS's clients, Michael served as the CEO and co-founder of Consova Corporation some of whose clients include United Healthcare, Cigna, Kaiser Permanente, Humana, Banner Health, and Providence Health and Services. He has been featured in CNN Money, FOX News, The Wall Street Journal, NY Times, Denver Post, NPR, Bloomberg Business Week, CFO Magazine and Becker’s Hospital Review.
Michael has always enjoyed working with his fellow team members to develop advanced ideas and concepts to succeed in shooting for the best possible result. He is currently a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the states of Missouri and Colorado.
In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time with family, gardening and playing a round of golf. He is enthusiastic about both making and tasting his own ciders and wines.
Molly Murphy is the Vice President and co-founder of OCMS. She has worked in the business healthcare industry for over 16 years, and she has been with OCMS since 2016. Prior to co-founding OCMS, Molly was the CFO of Consova Corporation for 12 years, serving many well recognized business clients. She is an experienced CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and a CPC (Certified Professional Coder).
When Molly isn't at work she spends time with her family, attends her son’s football and basketball games, and loves running, hiking and biking around the Front Range. She also loves to bake and dreams about running a coffee and bake shop one day!
